About The Position
Victory Capital is a diversified global asset management firm that employs a next-generation business strategy combining boutique investment qualities with the benefits of a fully integrated, centralized operating and distribution platform. The RS Investments Growth Team in San Francisco is hiring for an Equity Research Associate. This is a 2-year role with potential for a third year, where you will support the fundamental investment process by collaborating with senior analysts and portfolio managers managing growth-oriented equity mutual funds. This position requires regular interaction with Portfolio Managers and other associates, emphasizing initiative, teamwork, technical capabilities, and effective communication skills. After 2 years, you will be well-prepared to develop stock coverage.
