About the position

YipitData is seeking a Research Associate to join their expanding research team. This role focuses on developing fundamental research for subscription-based data products, leveraging data to provide actionable insights for investment research. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in equity research or management consulting, with a strong background in data analysis and business trends.

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate valuable insights from datasets
• Derive trends from large datasets using SQL-driven analysis
• Collaborate with the data team to develop new research products
• Build customer relationships and serve as a trusted resource for subscribers
• Work with Sales, Client Strategy, and Marketing teams to position products effectively

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in equity research or management consulting
• Strong writing skills in a business analysis context
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with SQL and data analysis
• Passion for data-driven fundamental investing
