About the position

The Research Sr Associate is a seasoned professional role that focuses on delivering high-quality investment insights to investors globally. This position requires in-depth disciplinary knowledge and the ability to contribute to the development of new techniques and improve processes within the research function. The role involves evaluating complex issues, utilizing strong analytical skills, and demonstrating effective communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update existing company models and create new models.
• Assist with the publication of earnings previews, initiation reports, and deep dive notes.
• Assist with client inquiries and requests, both internal and external.
• Coordinate investor meetings and conference calls with consultants.
• Evaluate risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of previous experience in a related field.
• MBA or graduate degree and/or CFA preferred.
• Experience in Equity Research.
• Good knowledge of accounting and modeling.
• Experience in supporting senior equity research analysts.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
• Attention to detail.
