Responsibilities

• Manage Point of Care (PoC) Patient Bedside scheduling as part of the centralized ER and Urgent Care Follow-up programs.
• Communicate professionally with patients, customers, and stakeholders.
• Schedule patient appointments for follow-up care at the bedside when appropriate.
• Ensure performance and quality standards are met.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers and patients.
• Support the organization's vision and strategy, promoting services offered.
• Suggest ideas for positive changes to department policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred.
