In this role, the HR Specialist will be responsible for providing technical advice to both managers and employees, particularly in drafting essential documents related to conduct and performance issues. This includes letters of counsel, reprimand, and expectations, as well as proposal and decision notices, performance improvement plans, and documentation regarding the denial or delay of within-grade pay increases. The specialist will work closely with managers to identify the nature of problem situations and assist in devising practical solutions based on personnel management concepts. This position is critical in ensuring that the organization adheres to federal regulations while fostering a positive work environment.
