Responsibilities
- Design an experience or process aligned with ERIE's model and strategy
- Collaborate with Agents, Customers & Employees to define and drive change
- Gather feedback & insights
- Responsible for data & metrics tracking
- Engage with multi-faceted teams to research new ways of doing business
Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required
- Pursuit of Bachelor's degree with completion of sophomore year in a relevant field required
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software preferred
