Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience and secondary education preferred.
• Strong language skills for effective communication with clients and employees.
• Proficient technology skills, including the ability to use telephone systems and computer applications.
• Mathematical skills for performing basic calculations and interpreting data.
• Reasoning ability to solve problems and follow instructions.
