About the position

Bayforce is seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive (SAP / Oracle) in the Greater Charlotte, NC Metropolitan area to join our team. This position is currently full-time remote, but will require 1-2 days per week in a local office as the market matures. The ideal candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities for SAP / Oracle services, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of ERP related services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for SAP / Oracle services within assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions with an emphasis on ERP.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of ERP related services.

Requirements

  • Live and work in the Greater Charlotte, NC Metropolitan area.
  • 3-8 years of Sales experience in the ERP ecosystem or Cloud Services.
  • 4-year college degree in business or a related degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 500+ connections on LinkedIn.
  • Stable work history with most roles lasting 2+ years at a company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task while being detail-oriented as well as effectively prioritize.
  • Strong work ethic with desire to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Must have strong experience with MS Office tools. Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel to meet non-local customers on occasion.

Nice-to-haves

  • Deep understanding of other ERPs like Oracle, Cloud concepts.
  • Expert level experience with Salesforce.com for our CRM and Sales tool.
  • Knowledge of sales support tools like Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
