About the position

The ERP Analyst II - Finance role is focused on supporting the development, maintenance, and deployment of functionality related to the company's Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly in the Supply Chain Management area. This position requires collaboration with business customers and technical teams to implement changes that enhance business processes and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and evaluate business requirements and determine approaches to meet them using Oracle capabilities and customizations.
  • Develop, test, and implement new Oracle capabilities and configurations.
  • Investigate Oracle Business Suite functionality, data, and interface problems, and implement resolutions.
  • Work with business customers to identify improvements, alternatives, or new capabilities that would benefit the organization.
  • Assist with the development of recommendations, business cases, and estimates for new functionality and changes.
  • Document Oracle Business Suite configuration, support information, and customizations according to IT standards.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and application development teams to ensure proper testing.
  • Assist with orientation and training of Oracle end users/customers.
  • Document and estimate specific requests for new capabilities and assess their value to the organization.

Requirements

  • Functional configuration experience in at least one Oracle E-Business Suite module (preferably release 12.2+): AR, GL, FA, Projects and Grants.
  • Technical understanding of Oracle tables, APIs, and development guidelines.
  • Experience providing day-to-day end-user support.
  • Ability to develop and debug complex SQL queries and PL/SQL packages.
  • Knowledge of RICEWF objects like Oracle Reports, BI Publisher reports, Forms, and/or OAF Extensions, Interfaces, Workflow.

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of Oracle cloud technologies and tools.
  • Experience working with Oracle Analytics Cloud.
