About the position

The ERP Analyst at RTC is responsible for designing and implementing process improvements and technical solutions within the Infor LN ERP system to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the Infor LN ERP system, along with the ability to develop functional and technical requirements that ensure IT systems deliver value to the business. The position is hands-on, requiring excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain functional knowledge of RTC business practices as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Demonstrate expertise in Infor LN ERP or SyteLine, understanding system capabilities and data relationships.
• Lead meetings with internal clients to gather requirements through various methods such as interviews and documentation analysis.
• Develop innovative functional and technical solutions to address business challenges.
• Translate requirements into designs that improve productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain and support Infor LN ERP, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and implementing enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans for system enhancements and upgrades.
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in ERP systems.
• Facilitate meetings and lead complex projects, identifying risks and maintaining project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with Infor LN ERP or SyteLine application in a discrete manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to utilize Infor ERP LN to analyze and research requirements and issues.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, multi-tasking, and organization skills.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP certification is a plus.
• Preferred knowledge of finance, manufacturing systems, supply chain, and/or logistics.
