About the position

The ERP Analyst - PeopleSoft Financials is responsible for managing various financial modules within PeopleSoft, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Asset Management for Lease Administration. This role involves documenting changes to PeopleSoft processes, configurations, and business workflows, as well as preparing user and technical documentation to support system enhancements and user training.

Responsibilities

• Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Asset Management for Lease Administration within PeopleSoft.
• Document changes to PeopleSoft processes and configurations.
• Prepare user and technical documentation related to PeopleSoft.
• Gather business and technical requirements for system design and development.
• Develop test plans, use cases, and perform quality assurance validation, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.

Requirements

• Experience in system design and development with a focus on process improvement.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials.
• Experience documenting workflow processes.
• Experience developing test plans and performing quality assurance validation.
