About the position

The ERP Analyst position at Sierra Instruments is a critical role within the Global ERP team, responsible for supporting the company's ERP system, EPICOR. The analyst will work closely with business partners to design and implement effective solutions, document system requirements, and ensure thorough testing. This role also involves participating in new implementations and upgrades of EPICOR across global facilities, making it essential for enhancing operational efficiency and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the Company's ERP system, including user training, maintenance, and software upgrades.
• Manage and execute Help Desk tickets, including account creation and security management.
• Develop reporting through data integration from various sources and prepare technical reports based on data analysis.
• Support business-led projects in new process development, including process mapping and documentation.
• Identify outdated processes and define updated processes to improve data quality and processing time.
• Maintain technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and online forums.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience with ERP support, preferably with EPICOR DMT.
• Prior manufacturing experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
• Strong competency with the Quote to Cash process in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical skills in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, SQL, BAQ's, and Dashboards.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, think critically, and manage projects.
