About the position
The ERP Application Analyst Intern position at Garmin involves learning and training to support and maintain enterprise software applications. The intern will engage in documentation, training, quality control, and business process analysis, while also completing projects aimed at enhancing application efficiency for Garmin's employees and customers.
Responsibilities
- Learn to work with users to analyze, configure, and tailor applications to support business applications.
- Learn to write design documents and test procedures for applications.
- Learn to modify application configurations to maintain, improve, and extend existing software.
- Learn to work with developers to design applications that meet user requirements and develop/implement unit and system testing processes.
- Learn to implement documentation standards and perform documentation tracking and review.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.0).
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant experience and/or training.
Nice-to-haves
- Outstanding academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.5).
- Previous experience working in a team environment.
