About the position

As an ERP Business Analyst at PAC Worldwide, you will serve as a crucial link between Operations and IT, focusing on enhancing manufacturing processes through the Dynamics 365 ERP system. This role emphasizes optimizing operations, implementing innovative solutions, and developing training programs to ensure effective use of ERP functionalities, ultimately driving operational excellence in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and scope operational process improvement opportunities within ERP functions
• Manage and drive project development and implementation
• Develop and maintain training content for ERP processes
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships, especially with IT, L&D, Supply Chain, and CE
• Troubleshoot and optimize ERP systems

Requirements

• 6+ years of ERP analysis experience
• 3+ years of Dynamics 365/AX7 experience
• Solid background in manufacturing operations
• Expertise in ERP process development and deployment
• Technical understanding of ERP systems, with D365 proficiency preferred

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with training content and L&D (preferred)
• PMP Certification (preferred)
