About the position

The ERP Business Analyst role focuses on conducting business analysis and documenting PeopleSoft Financials processes for DGS Fiscal Services. The position requires collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), project teams, and vendors to ensure that business requirements are met, along with providing user training and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and document PeopleSoft Financials processes.
• Develop test plans and assist in system testing for DGS Fiscal Services.
• Document workflows, configurations, and business requirements.
• Develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
• Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and vendors to ensure requirements are met.
• Provide user training and create technical documentation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong background in PeopleSoft Financials (General Ledger, AP, AR, Purchasing, Billing, Asset Management).
• Experience in business/technical requirements gathering.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with COV projects.
• Knowledge of fiscal services systems.
• Detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
