About the position

The ERP Business Systems Lead will serve as a key partner to leaders across the company, focusing on assessing business needs and reporting demands. This role is crucial for enhancing data analytics tools and ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, knowledge of data systems, and the ability to build interpersonal relationships to support the organization's mission and core values.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports within supported ERPs.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot reporting systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and analytics tools using Power BI.
• Analyze financial data using SQL to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate existing financial processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Lead or support continuous improvement efforts on internal processes.
• Support departments with time-sensitive business needs, particularly Operations, Finance, and Sales.
• Ensure financial systems adhere to industry regulations and internal controls.
• Assist in audits and compliance reviews, providing necessary documentation.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.
• Create user guides and documentation for system usage and training new users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align financial systems with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, data analysis, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools.
• Experience utilizing APIs.
