About the position

Kforce has a client seeking an ERP Change Analyst/Manager in Saint Louis, MO. This position is crucial as the company is in the final stretch of an ERP project, and they are looking to onboard someone as soon as possible. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and updating various materials such as checklists, job aids, and presentation decks. These resources will be essential in helping employees prepare for and adapt to the changes brought about by the ERP implementation. The role requires a blend of creative problem-solving and design-thinking skills to effectively communicate complex cultural, behavioral, technological, and process changes to employees. The ERP Change Analyst/Manager will also synthesize complex processes into easy-to-understand and actionable visuals, including journey maps and infographics, to empower decision-making and facilitate process adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update checklists, job aids, and presentation decks to assist employees in adapting to changes.

Requirements
