About the position

The ERP Developer 4 position is a hybrid role focused on full-stack development of .NET applications, specifically for enhancing financial and budget management tools used agency-wide. The developer will be responsible for managing software requirements, coding, testing, and debugging, while ensuring adherence to programming best practices. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications and backend services using C#, Web API, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular or Blazor, and CSS.
• Design and develop using appropriate software design patterns for high reusability and maintainability.
• Write effective unit tests and integration tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of system design patterns, tiered architecture, and testing practices.
• Understand key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function.
• Collaborate with project business and system analysts to clarify requirements and implement them.
• Participate in Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Requirements

• 14 years of C#.NET development experience.
• 5 years of Angular or Blazor development experience.
• 14 years of strong database development experience using SQL Server.
• 5 years of experience with Web API.
• 5 years of experience with CSS3 and HTML5.
• 10 years of experience with source control using TFS.
• 5 years of experience with automated builds using Microsoft Team Foundation.
• 12 years of excellent troubleshooting skills.
• 5 years of experience with Agile SDLC best practices.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of experience working in Oracle.
• 5 years of understanding of SOAP Services.
• 1 year of familiarity with Azure Cloud concepts.
• 1 year of experience with Power BI.
