About the position

The ERP Developer Analyst at Powers Health is responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing business-critical solutions using ERP technologies, specifically Oracle/PeopleSoft. This hybrid position requires collaboration with various departments to determine system objectives and participate in application implementations, enhancements, and support. The role emphasizes maintaining knowledge in business and application areas while adhering to best practices in software development and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and develop business workflows to implement ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with departments to determine system objectives.
  • Participate in enterprise application implementations and upgrades.
  • Maintain knowledge in respective business and application areas.
  • Leverage best practice software development lifecycle standards.
  • Utilize change management methodologies to reduce risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in ERP, Application Design, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 3 years of business application experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft Application FSCM module.
  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience with Oracle PeopleTools and related technology frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS SQL and MS Office.
  • Good understanding of finance and supply chain management functions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Oracle/PeopleSoft certifications preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
