About the position

The ERP Applications Developer role at The Talent Mine involves customizing existing applications and serving as the primary engineer for development and data analysis within a high-functioning team. This full-time position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for both in-office and remote work, and is aimed at self-motivated developers with a strong background in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Customize existing ERP applications to meet business needs.
• Serve as the primary engineer for development and data analysis.
• Collaborate with business systems analysts to create customized software solutions.
• Design and develop integrations/interfaces between software applications and systems.
• Analyze business requirements to develop best practice technical solutions for application programs.
• Own application projects throughout the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Work with cross-functional departments to deliver successful features in an ERP solution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working specifically on ERP applications like Epicor or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Mid/Sr. level expertise with C#.NET, T-SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, IIS, Visual Studio, and the Microsoft suite of products.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing integrations/interfaces between software applications and systems.
• Professional expertise with BI software such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Passion for the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions.
