This role involves supporting clients in achieving value from their investments in technology and people, particularly in finance transformation projects. The position requires analyzing business processes, evaluating IT systems, and providing strategic insights to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support an ERP Enabled Finance Transformation project and provide impartial advice to clients.
  • Analyze and reengineer business processes to meet audit and financial management objectives.
  • Evaluate IT system portfolio capabilities and modernization roadmaps.
  • Perform in-depth analysis on financial data using advanced analytics and automation technologies.
  • Implement revised organizational governance and reporting structures.
  • Develop and present work products to executive leadership.
  • Assess and provide options on innovative solutions such as automation.
  • Provide insights for strategic discussions regarding ERP system modernization efforts.
  • Manage critical path updates based on information from Technical and Functional SMEs.
  • Streamline internal processes to gain efficiencies across workstreams.
  • Support process efficiencies and propose language to capture decisions for compliance with Federal Standards.
  • Consider governance structure and mitigation strategies for audit requests.
  • Apply expertise for mitigation strategies to ensure policy and process compliance.
  • Structure and prioritize actions to develop high-quality work products and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required clearance for the role.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting complex financial and functional business processes.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting ERP or technology-driven transformation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience.
  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to refine/simplify complex finance and audit remediation concepts.
