About the position

Vaco Technology is currently seeking an ERP Implementation Manager (ServiceTitian) for a 6-month plus contract opportunity located in Garland, TX. This position requires the individual to work onsite five days a week. The ERP Implementation Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating timelines and workflows with internal teams and third-party vendors to meet project deadlines. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the documentation and collection of established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the new system functions. Additionally, the manager will facilitate quality control sessions with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent and seamless information delivery to the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The organization is on the verge of initiating an enterprise-wide migration and implementation of ServiceTitian, focusing on the Operations Workflow and Inventory Modules. The ERP Implementation Manager will need to quickly familiarize themselves with the existing systems, understand their functionalities, identify key players, establish and manage timelines, and ensure that the implementation remains on schedule. The Go-Live date for these systems is projected for the end of December 2024. This role demands a highly organized individual capable of managing multiple moving parts, teams, and integrations effectively. Previous experience in managing the migration and implementation of ERP systems, particularly within a company with approximately $100 million in revenue, is essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with ServiceTitian implementations; however, candidates with any ERP implementation experience within a similar-sized organization, particularly in the Operations Workflow and Inventory Modules, will also be considered. The urgency of this role necessitates a quick onboarding process to ensure the new manager is well-versed in the current status of the ServiceTitian ERP implementation and ready to contribute immediately upon deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate timelines and workflows with internal teams and third-party vendors to achieve deadline goals.
  • Ensure documentation and collection of established SOPs for new system functions.
  • Facilitate quality control sessions with appropriate stakeholders for seamless information delivery to the new CRM.
  • Collaborate with teams relevant to the systems setup and administration to set expectations.
  • Communicate migration and implementation roadblocks to direct leadership.
  • Deploy and test business-critical system integrations.
  • Educate the team on updates via presentations and account-specific training materials.
  • Assess and navigate change risks alongside the Controller and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience managing end-to-end ERP implementations, specifically with ServiceTitian.
  • Proven track record of managing the migration and deployment of ERP systems within a company of approximately $100 million in revenue.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com and SmartSheets.
  • Knowledge of cross-platform integration protocols, including API integration, data synchronization, and middleware solutions.
