About the position
As the ERP Manager at Neptune Technology Group, you will leverage your expertise in enterprise applications to analyze, configure, and implement ERP solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves overseeing technical operations, monitoring staff performance, assisting with training and recruitment, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also support delivery teams in various phases of ERP solution management, including planning, design, testing, and post-deployment support.
Responsibilities
- Assist delivery teams with ERP solution planning, analysis, design, configuration, and testing.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of technical operations and monitor staff progress.
- Assist with training and recruitment, set goals, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Understand business requirements and perform technical implementations of enterprise applications.
- Develop ERP functionality that optimizes and integrates Neptune's enterprise applications, data, and reports.
- Implement configuration changes and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
- Provide end user support, system maintenance, and incident resolution for enterprise applications.
- Document enhancements, changes, and system configurations appropriately.
- Participate in agile team ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops and professional groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in ERP management.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Pragmatic problem-solving and decision-making skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects across technical and functional disciplines.
- Experience managing consultants and external vendors.
- Solid background in ERP foundational components, specifically QAD and SAP.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrations.
- Familiarity with web technologies, databases, and third-party integration tools.
