About the position

As an ERP Relationship Manager at Oracle, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling dynamic ERP cloud solutions to clients. This position involves engaging with key collaborators, navigating sales cycles, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing strategic initiatives, and consistently achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of sales representatives, including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process.
  • Sell and promote the sales of Oracle products to customers, negotiating price, concessions, and terms of sale.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
  • Build working relationships with license, consulting, and education field managers to develop joint account plans.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.
  • Generate and achieve monthly territory forecasts, accurately predicting revenue on a monthly basis.
  • Manage escalation and conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated sound independent judgment, initiative, collaboration, and leadership.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Management experience with a consistent record of accomplishment in selling to large, sophisticated accounts and working with C-level executives.
  • Ability to qualify prospects, solve problems, and generate positive customer outcomes.
