Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an ERP Solution Architect to join our dynamic IT organization. This role is pivotal in our strategic plan to deliver industry-leading product and digital solutions, as well as best-in-class customer service. The ideal candidate will be a D365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Solution Architect who is passionate about enhancing end-user experiences and adept at solving complex business challenges. This position requires a strong understanding of development principles to create excellent processes and user experiences within D365 F&O. As a member of our expanding cross-functional team, you will lead initiatives to implement best practices in Microsoft’s ERP solution, D365 Finance and Operations. This includes guiding integrations with CRM, eCommerce, and Transportation Management solutions, enabling internal teams and external partners to utilize our ERP solutions and data effectively. You will own multiple projects, leading the full system development lifecycle while collaborating closely with key stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment. In this role, you will determine operational objectives by studying various business functions, gathering information, and assessing the business impact of requirements. You will design end-to-end solutions based on business needs through the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and act as the ERP functional and technical thought leader. Your responsibilities will also include recommending new solutions, leading the implementation of approved changes, and conducting research to support solution development efforts. You will partner with Microsoft and internal/external IT teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability of the solution post go-live without impacting business operations.
