About the position

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly skilled ERP Solutions Engineer to join our Business Systems team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, implementing, and driving the adoption of our ERP capabilities, ensuring that Anduril is successful both in the near and long term. The ERP Solutions Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, accounting, finance, and more to understand business needs and engineer solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and improving the many systems and internal technologies that enable Anduril to accomplish its mission. This includes working closely with various teams that rely on the technology built and maintained by the Business Systems team, such as supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, and field maintenance. In this fast-paced defense technology startup environment, the ERP Solutions Engineer will be expected to demonstrate core characteristics such as a bias for action, outcome orientation, customer focus, and agility. The role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate these into functional and technical solutions. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of system-centric projects, define project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets, and work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems into the company's infrastructure. Additionally, the ERP Solutions Engineer will provide guidance and support to stakeholder teams on system and process best practices, including training and documentation, and will be responsible for delivering NetSuite training to users based on Anduril-defined processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions that meet the business requirements of the organization.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions, resulting in automation of key business functions.
• Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
• Lead the development and implementation of system-centric projects, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems and solutions into the company's infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal software development teams to build out custom solutions when necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholder teams on system and process best practices, including training and documentation.
• Document all new solutions and any previous customizations to reduce repeat questions and streamline new hire onboarding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, build, and deliver custom report and saved search requests as needed.
• Deliver NetSuite training to users based on Anduril defined processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing business processes into an ERP at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred).
• Deep expertise with cloud-based ERPs, including both NetSuite and Oracle Fusion.
• Experience as a sole administrator with limited reliance on external resources to execute on projects.
• Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.
• Ability to be in-office full time and willingness to travel up to 25% to visit other offices where hands-on instruction and assistance will be necessary.
