About The Position
CIC Group, located in Fenton, MO is seeking an ERP Support Analyst for our Enterprise Application Support Team. The ERP Support Analyst is responsible for solving information technology related issues and working with users to solve business process issues leveraging existing or researched knowledge, technical support skills, and packaged solution expertise. The support analyst works directly with users to select, implement, support, and integrate technology solutions into diverse business environments. The ERP Support Analyst generally monitors the ERP processes to ensure the quality and reliability of EDI transmissions and also maintains interfaces between applications for inventory, order management, purchase order, benefits, attendance, project management, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable modules. In-depth computer and information technology skills, experience with T-SQL, and the ability to troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server between multiple systems are also required.
