About the position

The ERP Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications, and providing technical support. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP settings, configurations, and customizations, along with strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle and Microsoft database systems. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the ERP administration process and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency through effective data management and visualization.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and manage ERP Systems at a foundational level, including settings, configurations, and enabling features.
  • Utilize IFS (On-Premise) - Apps10; Field Service Management (FSM) and PSO; BuildOps; Sage Intaact; Hyperion Financial Management (HFM); and Quickbooks on line and Desktop.
  • Customize screens and create saved searches to meet specific business needs.
  • Create and manage dashboards/lobbies to provide valuable insights and data visualization.
  • Install, manage, and optimize ERP applications to enhance ERP functionality.
  • Deploy bundles to production environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
  • Integrate ERP's with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Create simple, custom searches and reports that drive business decisions.
  • Implement and enforce policies to ensure the security of the ERP system and data.
  • Act as a liaison between the IT department and business users.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Work with ERP vendors to document, test, and resolve issues.
  • Plan, test, and implement software upgrades and patches.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an ERP Administrator, with a deep understanding of settings, configurations, and customizations.
  • Strong proficiency in creating saved searches, managing dashboards, and deploying bundles to production.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience with other ERP systems will be considered for this role.
  • Experience in integrating ERP packages with other systems such as Vertex, UPS, and Fedex.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and understand technical language.
