About the position

The ERP Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting the ERP system, specifically focusing on configuration, user management, and user support. This role requires strong communication skills to interact with non-technical stakeholders, including VIPs and elected officials, and the ability to document and understand the company's processes related to the ERP system. The position supports a hybrid work environment and requires problem-solving skills to proactively address issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the ERP system, including configuration and user management.
• Provide user support and training for the ERP system.
• Document company processes and procedures related to the ERP system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and support.
• Proactively identify and address issues within the ERP system.

Requirements

• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Tyler Munis, including configuration and user management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in system administration and user management for enterprise software like Salesforce, NetSuite, or SAP.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of how different modules and databases interact within the enterprise software system.
• Familiarity with cloud-hosted ERP systems.
