About the position

The ERP Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure it aligns with the business's requirements and objectives. This position is integral to improving operational efficiency, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and driving overall organizational success. The ERP Systems Analyst is expected to adhere to all company policies and safety protocols while contributing to the continuous improvement of the ERP system. Key responsibilities include analyzing data stored within the ERP system to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making. The analyst will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through effective management practices. Additionally, the role involves integrating data from multiple sources into centralized ERP systems and managing data migration projects to maintain data integrity and accuracy. The ERP Systems Analyst will implement data standards and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. They will perform data analysis using various tools to extract insights and identify trends, communicating findings to support decision-making processes. Providing training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize the ERP system for their daily tasks is also a key aspect of this role, along with troubleshooting issues and addressing user queries related to data systems and processes. Documentation is another critical responsibility, as the analyst will create and maintain documentation related to ERP system configurations, processes, user guides, and training materials, ensuring that this documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and business units, is essential, as is effective communication with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions. The role also involves configuring and customizing the ERP system to meet specific business requirements, working closely with vendors and IT teams to implement changes, enhancements, and integrations. Other job duties may be assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ERP related data analysis/management within a large-scale organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with an ERP system or inventory management software.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, database management, and data systems implementation.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and data security best practices.
  • Knowledge of Infor's CloudSuite Distribution, ISM or CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Relevant certifications in data analysis/visualization tools preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in business and technical communications desired.
