About the position

The ERP Systems & Reporting Specialist at The Vincit Group is responsible for supporting strategic decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency through effective reporting and ERP system administration. This role involves developing and maintaining both recurring and ad-hoc reports, assisting with cross-functional projects, and ensuring the seamless integration of newly acquired companies into the ERP and reporting systems. The position requires strong technical skills in SQL and reporting tools, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration, maintenance, and development of the company's ERP systems and BI tools.
• Collect, analyze, and deliver data for standard and ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Collaborate with users across departments to understand goals and identify solutions to prevent business process interruptions.
• Assist in the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
• Create, maintain, and modify custom reports using SSRS for the company's databases.
• Support and improve process/system workflows to increase productivity and automate manual tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and analyzing reports using SQL-based tools.
• Proficiency in SQL development using Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, SSRS, SSMS).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience managing complex datasets.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Information Systems.
• 1-2 years' experience in Accounting or Systems-related role.
• 1-2 years' experience with data ETL to and from SQL Server.
• Experience with SAP Crystal Reports and Sage X3 ERP systems.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Nectari or similar financial reporting systems.
