As a Customer Development Manager II at Windstream Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' businesses through our advanced technology solutions. In this position, you will utilize a consultative sales approach to design customized communication solutions tailored to your clients' needs. You will develop proposals, negotiate pricing within company margins, and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly renewal and conversion goals. Adhering to quality standards is essential, as you will be expected to maintain efficiency, gather customer feedback, and track knowledge-based metrics. You will also be responsible for recording all activities, transactions, and communications with customers to ensure a seamless experience. Your daily tasks will include making outbound calls to engage decision-makers, closing sales, and tracking orders through to service delivery. Collaboration with Sales Engineering and Sales Support teams will be vital in determining the most appropriate solutions for client needs. Additionally, you will participate in fostering a positive and motivated sales team culture within Windstream Enterprise, contributing to a workplace that values innovation and belonging.
