About the position

The position is part of Amazon's Escalation Team within the Registration and Compliance Shared Services VCIM team. The role focuses on resolving Executive and Legal escalations, supporting new launches, and gathering information for process improvements across various functions globally. The individual will be responsible for ensuring a remarkable customer experience while managing sensitive issues and driving business improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting stakeholders with both Legal and Executive escalations.
  • Learning new skills/processes and providing cross-skill/cross-site/cross-region support.
  • Responding to Executive/Legal escalation requests in real-time to achieve first contact resolution.
  • Identifying success barriers and providing solutions to drive change through business improvement initiatives.
  • Conducting deep dive analysis to identify root causes of issues and leading stakeholder meetings for prioritization and implementation timelines.
  • Performing impact analysis on identified preventatives and collaborating with teams to present solution documents.
  • Providing guidance, support, mentoring, and training to team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in handling legal and executive escalations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deep dive into issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using various software applications and tools for data analysis and reporting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Past experience of handling Executive escalations.
  • Understanding of Registration and compliance processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
