About the position

The Escape the Room Assistant Manager position is a full-time role focused on overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience at one of Denver's most exciting attractions. The role requires a proactive individual who can maintain brand standards, train and supervise staff, and respond to customer feedback effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Directing staff and upholding brand standards throughout shifts.
  • Maintaining the upkeep and cleanliness of different props, sets, and public spaces.
  • Training, supervising, appraising, and coordinating staff.
  • Monitoring and responding to customer questions and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining an engaging, organized, efficient, and professional work environment.
  • Overseeing and executing sales calls.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of management experience (preferred).
  • 1 year of supervising employees (preferred).
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in user-friendly computer and internet platforms/applications.
  • Experience with guest relations and sales.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues as they arise.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in theater, hospitality, service, or retail environments.
