About the position

As an Escrow Officer at Old Republic Title, you will play a crucial role in real estate transactions by coordinating closings and managing all details to ensure a smooth process. Your responsibilities will include preparing escrow instructions, documents, and fund disbursements while acting as a liaison between clients and the title and underwriting departments. This office-based position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed settlement statements in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Review and clear title requirements and collaborate with underwriters to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and coordinate escrow instructions, documents, and fund disbursements.
• Communicate and confirm transaction details with principals, agents, lenders, and other key parties.
• Mentor and train escrow assistants to foster a productive environment.
• Represent the company at industry events and continue professional development.
• Collaborate with management, sales, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of escrow experience.
• In-depth knowledge of title insurance and escrow processes.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software and strong attention to detail.
