About the position

The ESG Program Manager at JLL is responsible for driving sustainability initiatives within a high-profile client’s organization. This role involves optimizing the client's portfolio for effective sustainability performance, coordinating ESG programs, and ensuring robust reporting governance. The position requires a programmatic approach to sustainability, working closely with both internal teams and the client’s sustainability team to deliver consistent service and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESG Program activities, ensuring alignment with business rhythms and governance.
• Maintain activity trackers and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting against program goals.
• Manage and improve issue management workflows for ESG and Corporate Sustainability requests.
• Deliver data and reporting administration to ensure consistent service delivery and governance.
• Establish strong relationships with account and client teams for comprehensive support.
• Monitor and verify the effectiveness of completed sustainability projects and pilots.
• Communicate success stories to enhance awareness and engagement in sustainability programs.
• Demonstrate innovative thinking and proactive management in proposing new ideas and solutions.
• Develop and manage internal and external surveys, summarizing results and preparing key recommendations.

• Ability to work with international offices across multiple time zones.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills for diverse audiences, including executives.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated personal accountability and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with effective relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical competencies applicable to various data types.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
