About the position

The position involves enhancing and executing a proactive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy that engages both internal and external stakeholders. The goal is to fulfill the Company’s responsibility, enhance its image, and position the Company as a leader in sustainability. The role includes planning, organizing, and leading initiatives to improve the Company’s ESG performance, ensuring timely reporting of ESG disclosures in accordance with various platforms and frameworks such as the Company’s Sustainability Report, the United Nations Global Compact, the Global Reporting Initiative framework, and the EcoVadis scorecard.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance and execute a proactive ESG strategy engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan, organize, and lead initiatives for the enhancement of the Company’s ESG performance.
  • Ensure timely reporting of ESG disclosures in accordance with various ESG platforms.
  • Manage, monitor, and maintain expertise on GRI, SASB, IFRS, CoP, CDP, Ecovadis, and other ESG-related regulations.
  • Analyze and benchmark reporting trends to provide insights and recommendations on ESG reporting practices.
  • Manage sustainability-driven disclosures to support quality and accuracy.
  • Develop insights from ESG data to support the achievement of science-based targets and public sustainability goals.
  • Create internal dashboards and perform data analysis on ESG data for goal achievement.
  • Formulate, draft, and present the Company’s annual sustainability report in compliance with ESG frameworks.
  • Manage and mentor the ESG reporting program team consisting of 2 reports.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for key ESG surveys, questionnaires, and inquiries.
  • Work with various teams to deliver consistent messaging about the Company’s commitment to ESG.
  • Collaborate with the environmental sustainability team to operationalize and communicate the decarbonization plan.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with internal and external ESG experts and leaders.
  • Develop annual sustainability report messaging in collaboration with key functions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ESG strategy development and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and EcoVadis.
  • Experience in managing sustainability disclosures and reporting processes.
  • Ability to analyze ESG data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with the United Nations Global Compact and Global Reporting Initiative framework.
  • Experience in corporate communications and marketing related to sustainability.
  • Knowledge of regional and national ESG regulations.
