About the position
The ESL Teacher position at Q International School involves teaching English as a Second Language to international students in downtown San Diego. Responsibilities
- Complete daily electronic attendance
- Lesson plan according to curriculum

- Develop students' presentation skills to promote speaking confidence
- Encourage communication between students and their individual experiences
- Offer positive encouragement and reinforcement to students
- Provide productive feedback to improve students' learning goals
- Maintain a solid understanding and routine of classroom management for adult learners
- Contribute to a positive teaching and learning environment
Requirements
- TESOL or other ESL certificate
- Bachelor's degree
- Classroom management skills
