Ashland Preschool is looking for a dynamic person to join our team to support our littlest learners in our specialized programming. The role involves facilitating small group and 1:1 instructional and behavioral support, implementing ABA methodology and instruction, and recording and summarizing data. Additionally, the candidate will modify general education curriculum and expectations to meet student needs and skill levels to ensure successful inclusion experiences. The position also requires supporting students in all aspects of learning, including communication, social/play skills, daily living tasks such as feeding, toileting, dressing, and behavior management.
