About the position

The ESPN Fantasy Marketing Associate Manager is responsible for driving the marketing efforts of ESPN Fantasy products through creative campaign development and execution. This role focuses on enhancing user acquisition, engagement, and retention within the ESPN Digital ecosystem, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Executes a marketing plan that drives growth of Fantasy business and moves fans within the ESPN Digital ecosystem.
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to execute against the acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization goals of ESPN Fantasy products and properties.
• Collaborates with ESPN's internal and external partners on campaign development and tactical marketing efforts.
• Provides input to the Product team to leverage the ESPN Digital audience for driving Fantasy product growth and other key initiatives.
• Contributes creative excellence and insights to drive user acquisition, engagement, accessibility, and awareness for flagship products.
• Works with external creative agency to develop brand positioning and creative campaigns that support the brand.
• Analyzes campaign performance and user engagement metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital media/sports marketing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Experience executing digital marketing campaigns that drove acquisition, retention, and engagement with proven results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the changing landscape of sports media and gaming.
• Comfortable analyzing data in collaboration with research and business development teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
