About the position

As a Knowledge and Learning Enablement Program Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in the Enterprise Support Services (ESS) team, focusing on developing and delivering strategies and training programs that enhance the functional learning and development of ESS professionals. This position involves collaborating across teams to facilitate knowledge sharing, manage training initiatives, and support the growth of the organization while ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to identify ESS knowledge sharing and learning needs and co-develop training solutions.
  • Propose and develop training activities and programs to meet or anticipate knowledge needs.
  • Develop, coordinate, and facilitate end-user and train-the-trainer learning sessions.
  • Project manage aspects of training and knowledge sharing programs, including concept development and timeline management.
  • Monitor and measure learning content to ensure it is up-to-date and assess usage.
  • Analyze the impact of ESS knowledge sharing and learning activities through surveys and feedback channels.
  • Curate existing firm training programs for ESS end users and update knowledge infrastructure with new content.
  • Act as a subject matter resource on ESS curriculum development and learning platforms.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with ESS teams and other stakeholders to leverage knowledge and minimize redundancies.
  • Manage competing priorities using proven management techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years related work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and teaming skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work requirements and apply new information.
  • Experience with instructional design and knowledge of adult learning theory.
  • In-depth experience with information and learning delivery technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and relevant tools.
