Throughout the program, participants will rotate through various plants across North America, spending approximately one week every three months at a different facility. This hands-on experience will allow them to learn about the diverse operations, products, and business units within Saint-Gobain, fostering strong camaraderie among peers in the EOM cohort. The program emphasizes mentorship, pairing participants with dedicated mentors who provide guidance and share essential insights for career development. Participants will tackle priority projects that challenge traditional manufacturing methods, enhancing their technical and business skills in areas such as lean manufacturing practices, data analytics, project management, and presentation skills. From day one, the program focuses on making a tangible impact, empowering participants to take responsibility for concrete results while gaining invaluable experience in a condensed timeframe. Upon completion of the EOM program, graduates will have the opportunity to apply for the Essentials Global Experience Program, which allows them to work on international projects with Saint-Gobain businesses worldwide. This global exposure is a key component of the program, as Saint-Gobain operates in over 70 countries across various industries, including construction, automotive, aerospace, industrial manufacturing, and life sciences. The program is structured to accelerate career development and future growth, with a focus on operational roles within one of the nearly 160 sites throughout North America.
