Throughout the program, participants will rotate through different plants across North America every three months, gaining hands-on experience and insights into the company's diverse operations, products, and business units. This exposure is complemented by a strong emphasis on mentorship, where each participant is paired with a dedicated mentor who will guide them through their journey, sharing essential knowledge and advice for career development. The program is structured to challenge participants through real-world projects that are critical to the business, pushing them to innovate and rethink traditional manufacturing practices.
