Throughout the program, participants will be mentored by experienced professionals who will guide them through the complexities of large business units. This mentorship is crucial for navigating the challenges of the manufacturing industry and for personal career development. Participants will work on high-priority projects that challenge their skills and encourage innovative thinking, while also receiving training in lean manufacturing practices, data analytics, project management, and more. The program emphasizes empowerment and impact from day one, with participants taking on responsibilities that yield concrete results. Upon completion of the EOM program, graduates will have the opportunity to apply for the Essentials Global Experience Program, which allows them to work on international projects with Saint-Gobain businesses worldwide.
