The Essentials of Manufacturing (EOM) Development Program at Saint-Gobain North America is designed for recent graduates in engineering disciplines, particularly those specializing in Electrical or Robotics Engineering. This 18-month program aims to prepare participants for a dynamic career in manufacturing, focusing on the principles of Manufacturing 4.0. Participants will engage in a series of challenges and learning experiences that will help them become thought leaders in the industry. Throughout the program, participants will rotate through various plants in North America every three months, spending approximately one week at each location. This exposure allows them to learn about different business operations, products, and build camaraderie with their cohort. The program is structured to challenge participants through hands-on projects that are critical to the business, encouraging them to think creatively and push the boundaries of traditional manufacturing practices.
