This 18-month program offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in various aspects of manufacturing, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Participants will engage in a series of challenges and projects that will not only enhance their technical skills but also foster leadership qualities necessary for future roles in the industry. Throughout the program, you will rotate through different plants across North America every three months, spending approximately one week at each location. This exposure will allow you to learn about the diverse operations and products of Saint-Gobain while building strong relationships with fellow cohort members. Mentorship is a key component of the program, as you will be paired with a dedicated mentor who will guide you through the complexities of large business units, sharing invaluable insights and advice for your career development. The program emphasizes hands-on learning and real-world application of concepts. You will work on priority projects that challenge traditional manufacturing methods and require innovative thinking. Training sessions will cover essential skills such as lean manufacturing practices, data analytics, project management, and effective presentation techniques. From day one, you will be empowered to make a tangible impact within the organization, gaining experience that is both meaningful and rewarding. Upon successful completion of the EOM program, participants will have the opportunity to apply for the Essentials Global Experience Program, which allows for international travel and project work with Saint-Gobain businesses worldwide.
