Responsibilities
- Assist in the brewing process under the guidance of the head brewer.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the brewing area.
- Help with the preparation and handling of ingredients for brewing.
- Monitor fermentation and assist in quality control measures.
- Participate in cleaning and sanitizing equipment and tools used in the brewing process.
- Support the team in packaging and labeling finished products.
