About the position

The Estate Administration/Probate Paralegal position is a full-time role within a fast-paced Estate Planning and Estate Administration Law Firm located in Raleigh, NC. The firm is experiencing growth and is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their Probate Paralegal team. This role requires the candidate to work in the office 2-3 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home on the remaining days. Responsibilities

  • Drafting of probate documents
  • Keeping and entering accurate billable time
  • Providing consistent communication to our clients by email and phone regarding their matter status
  • Keeping accurate case project management and managing deadlines
  • Printing and preparing probate documents for signing appointments and assembling packages for submission to the court

Requirements

  • 2 years of Probate experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with a computer and excellent spelling and grammar
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and cases concurrently
