The role involves supporting residential real estate transactions and drafting various legal documents, providing an opportunity for growth within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Draft wills, living wills, health care proxies, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Prepare Surrogate's Court pleadings.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant New York paralegal or legal assistant experience.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and work in a busy environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Brooklyn resident preferred.
