Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic procedures with precision and care.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs.
• Execute retail sales by recommending and selling skincare products to clients for at-home maintenance.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records, and inventory management.
• Deliver exceptional guest services by ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in esthetics to enhance service offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and positive work atmosphere.

Requirements

• Esthetician license in the state of Illinois is required.
• Proven experience in performing advanced esthetic treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits for different skin types.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare routines and treatments.
• Previous experience with salon software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced salon environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building long-lasting client relationships.
